Projects

In the (frantic) pursuit of my PhD, I am conducting research on choreographies and business protocols for Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA). The goal is advancing the state of the art of modeling and change management of message-based conversations among participants to fit the continously evolving functional and non-functional requirements of vast SOA deployments. It is a very enjoyable research, that allows me to "deliberately toy around" with a lot of mathematics, formalisms, and pretty much everything that would appeal to a proper computer science geek (such as me). Because of my research, I collaborate in S-Cube, the European Network of Excellence in Software Services and Systems, funded by the European Community's Seventh Framework Programme.
