Expertise
Jeroen Derwall is assistant professor at Tilburg University, working for the Tilburg Center for Sustainability. He is also part-time assistant professor at Maastricht University and research director at the European Centre for Corporate Engagement (ECCE). He regularly serves as advisor to instutitional investors on sustainable investment policy and implementation. In addition, he is responsible for executive teaching on portfolio management for the Dutch Financial Analysts Association (VBA) at the Free University of Amsterdam. Previously, he was assistant professor of Financial Management at RSM Erasmus University. He obtained his PhD in Financial Management at RSM Erasmus University in 2007. His research has covered various areas, such as socially responsible investing, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, empirical asset pricing, and mutual fund performance.
