Student Counsellor
For all the problems you face when studying, first contact the student counsellor.
A student counsellor is also called Dean of students.
Depending on the nature and the seriousness of the problem, the student counsellor can help you with information and coaching or refer you to other staff members or authorities or certain training sessions or courses.
If a problem is strictly related to your educational programme, (the context of) the subject matter or the organisation of education, it's better to first contact a lecturer or an academic advisor.
In case you are confronted with undesirable behaviour, e.g. sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, or you have a conflict with someone, please contact a confidential advisor.
