- a pre-Masters's programme
- a Master's programme
- minors for the first time
- a post-Master's Register Accountant programme
- I am already enrolled at Tilburg University
- I would like to reapply for the same programme
- I would like to change to another programme
- I would like to leave the programme for which I am now enrolled and I do not intend to follow any other courses
- I would like to follow another programme in addition to my present one(s)
- I would like to do another year of minors at Tilburg University
- I was previously a student at Tilburg University but I am not enrolled at present
