Graduation and your diploma
What do you have to do in order to get your diploma?
To answer this question we first make a distinction between a Bachelor and a Master diploma.
Bachelor:
Your diploma will be automatically printed when all your grades required for graduation are registered and processed bij the Student Administration. You don't have make a request for it because this goes automatically.
Check your results at any time.
- If all the grades are registered by the student administration at the latest 3 weeks before the joint graduation ceremony, you will receive an invitation to that ceremony from the Faculty. If the ceremony takes place in september, all your results must be given to the central student administration before august 31.

- If you are not able to attend the ceremony, you can collect the diploma two weeks afterwards at the Central Studentent Desk in G79. In order to do so you must bring a valid ID. If you want somebody else to pick it up for you, please print the authorizationform.

Master diploma
If there is no joint graduation ceremony for your education you have to do the following:
- Pick up the graduationform at the Central Student Desk in G79 or fill out the form.
- Approval of graduation: the back-office will check your registrationstatus and results. You will receive an approval or disapproval by mail.

Attention: the IB-Groep does not legalize foreign diplomas; for this you must address the authorities of the country of origin.
