Tilburg University Repository
An Institutional Repository is a data base with the titles of publications written by the researchers of a university. Sometimes, the publications are fulltext and freely available.
The Tilburg University Repository is the Institutional Repository of Tilburg University. The main goal of the Repository is to increase the usability, accessibility and visibility of research and academic output by Tilburg University, both nationally and internationally.
Tilburg University Repository archives the titles of scientific publications of Tilburg researchers. Some 20% of these publications are full text available without copyright restrictions.
Most repositories use a protocol which enables the coupling of repositories worldwide. In that way, publications are made publicly available through the Internet and will be found by search engines.

The Netherlands
NARCIS is the Institutional Repositories network of all Dutch universities, the KNAW, the NWO and several research institutions. NARCIS has been developed to increase the visibility of Dutch scholarly research. It gives free and open access to all content for everyone with no restrictions.
National Theses site (in Dutch: Nationale Proefschriftensite) is a data base with doctoral theses defended at Dutch universities. It is a subset of NARCIS and it only contains the theses which are free and fulltext available!
International
Economists Online presents Europe's leading economics research. The research of near to 900 economists of nineteen European universities is visible, accessible and searchable, providing as much full text publications as possible. From Tilburg University, more than 100 economists have been selected.
Google Scholar is a search engine for scholarly literature originating from university repositories, professional societies, preprint archives and academic publishers. Also citations are presented, with a link to te source. Yet, the source is not always online available.
