Members of staff who wish to improve their proficiency in Italian are welcome to enrol in the individual training programme at the Language Centre. Based on an intake interview in which your individual wishes and needs are determined, a programme is set as well as the number of one-hour sessions required to achieve your goals. The schedule is likewise arranged with the individual instructor.

Sessions can be focussed on such issues as:

• oral presentations;
• applying for jobs;
• the writing of clear and effective letters and e-mails;
• reading comprehension;
• conversational language use.

Target Group
The Individual Language Training programme is open to all Tilburg University members of staff, on the condition that participation has been approved by the appropriate departmental officer.

Duration
The length and weight of the programme are contingent on the individual's needs and wishes.

Cost
