'Within two decades, three waves of technology are poised to create a revolution: bio-technology, nanotechnology, and information and communications technology. Each one of these technologies is creating its own industrial revolution. Together they will profoundly alter our lives and ways of thinking. Would you rather have clones than children? What about inserting a nano machine into your blood stream to check you cholesterol? And what a relief it will be to have a software robot to take care of all your spam. Last but not least, when and why is your U2 download (il)legal?'
