Introduction
Center for Company Law (CCL) combines research in the fields of corporate, securities, and tax law.
The research of the Center for Company Law is carried out by the faculty of the department of Business Law and the Fiscal Institute Tilburg.
Funding
CCL is supported by the Executive Board of Tilburg University, the Tilburg Law School and the Anton Philips Fund.
