Information on the contents and the results gained
- The study load of the programme is 60 ECTS, which equals one year full-time study.
- The academic year is divided into two semesters. The autumn semester will start around the first of September and the spring semester will start around the first of February.
- The student is obliged to write a thesis with the study load of 18 ECTS (a 6 ECTS trainee report and a 12 ECTS thesis).

- Dispute prevention and resolution (de-escalation)

- Assessing the use/necessity of involving knowledge from different disciplines
- Anticipating management consequences of problems and their solutions
- Generating new knowledge (contributions to law formation)

Workload
Student workload refers to the time spent in lectures, practical, independent study, preparations for examinations and the actual examination. One credit represents 28 hours of work. The basic allocation of academic credits is 60 per year of study, or 30 per semester.
The scale of the Dutch grading system is from 1 (very poor) to 10 (outstanding). The lowest passing grade is 6; 9s are seldom given, 10s are extremely rare and grades 1-3 are hardly ever used.
