European and International Public Law

Welcome to the website of the department of European and International Public Law (EIP). EIP is one of the nine departments of the Faculty of Law of Tilburg University and offers Bachelor and Master courses in, inter alia, European Community law, general international public law and human rights law. In addition, throughout the academic year, EIP invites a number of distinguished law professors from outside Tilburg to give seminars in which contemporary European and international law topics are studied in depth. EIP also houses many talented - junior and senior - researchers of European and international law. All EIP staff members are active within the Center for Transboundary Legal Development (CTLD). For more information on CTLD research, please click here.
