Paul Boselie (Tilburg University), Graham Dietz (Durham Business School) and Corine Boon (Erasmus University Rotterdam) present an overview of what they believe to be every empirical research article into the linkages between human resource management and performance published in pre-eminent international refereed journals between 1994 and 2003 (n=104). A first analysis of these data will be presented in the Human Resource Management Journal (UK) in 2005 (Boselie, Dietz and Boon, forthcoming).
