Welcome at the homepage of the Department of Econometrics & Operations Research.
The department offers an internationally oriented and lively research environment
aiming for top quality with approximately 40-50 staff members and 15-20 PhD students. Most researchers have a strong quantitative background in mathematics and statistics.
The department is directly responsible for the bachelor's programme in Econometrics and Operational Research and the three master's programmes in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research and Management Science, and Mathematical Economics and Econometric Methods.
The secretariat of the Department of Econometrics and Operations Research is located in room K 527, open every Monday - Friday from 08:30 to 17:00hrs.
