Alumni
The university has a divers population of alumni associations, each of which maintains and strengthens the bond between departments or faculties and their graduates. This is done via such activities as symposia and conferences, but also by means of newsletters and websites. Members of an alumni association also receive a free alumni pass, which entitles them to a free subscription to the alumni magazine Vice Versa, as well as a wide range of products and services. The alumni associations have a total of 7,700 members. In addition, the umbrella organisation Stichting Professor Cobbenhagen has over 500 donors, as well as 350 Friends of Cobbenhagen. You can use the questionnaire (in Dutch) to enrol as a member of one of these associations. Some associations charge a membership fee, for other memberschip is free of charge.
The membership of so called Netherlands Alumni Associations (NAA's) is open for all alumni from the higher education institutes of the Netherlands, who are currently living abroad. The NAA's organize interesting activities in the country of the NAA. For more information about the NAA's, visit the website. Tilburg University supports the Netherlands Alumni Network in China (NANC).
